Egypt’s ITIDA set to host shared services forum

Egypt’s Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) will be hosting the Shared Services and Outsourcing Forum Middle East 2019 in Cairo next week.
The inaugural edition of the event will be held on September 3 and 4 at the Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo.
The forum is officially supported by Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications & Information Technology, Egypt, who will be delivering the opening speech.
The forum will feature a number of international keynote addresses, industry expert panels, and more than 20 breakout sessions. The forum agenda is designed to ensure the forum works with the governments and private organisation’s key focus sectors and will deliver a packed and stimulating programme for the attendees.
ITIDA CEO Halal El-Gohary said: “We're so thrilled to host such an event in Egypt. It will be a great opportunity for experts and industry leaders to meet and discuss the future of shared services and outsourcing business models. In addition, the event is the right venue for us to showcase how Egypt has evolved from a cost-competitive and traditional outsourcing location into a hub for high end and value-driven services.”
