Testing Lead
Job Purpose
  • Testing Lead establishes metrics, and manages outside resources, as well as developing test programs. S/He is responsible for developing and administrating internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creating and maintaining test data, and reporting results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality. Evaluating E-signature application/tools to make sure their conformance with E-signature law and its Executive directives, testing in-house built costumed E-signature applications to ensure its quality and providing E-signature costumed training/awareness services to ESCC clients.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
    • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
    • Gain an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them in accordance with PKI standards and E-signature law and the quality standards to all teams
    • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
    • Develop monthly reports showing the testing performance and improvement opportunities
    • Responsible to implement and maintain best security standards and policies to protect information systems architecture
    • Conduct meetings regularly with the department manager to help meeting project  pre-set goals
    • Performs other duties as described by department manager/Electronic Transactions Security Sector Director
    • Monitors industry security updates, technologies and best practices to improve security management
    • Align objectives of team with those that support business objectives, ensures delivery of objectives
    • Manage and develop performance of team members to meet both business and skills development targets
    • Information Security professional services and PKI consultation
Education
  • • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or software/computer engineering
    • Software testing certifications is a must
Required Experience
  • • 7+ year of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance
    • Ability to understand and create test plans and test cases from specifications or verbal communications
    • Liaison with development, project management, and customer support
    • Knowledge of systems analysis and determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
    • Knowledge of SW Security and PKI is a plus
    • Excellent experience in quality control analysis - conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
