Project and Program Management Manager
Job Purpose
  • Project and Program Management Manager is overseeing multiple individual projects to achieve one bigger, overarching goal of the Digital Transformation Program. He is responsible for aligning the different projects by coordinating the efforts between them, while leading the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Digital transformation Program, and develop new ones.
    • Determine and define project scope and objectives along with each project manager.
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
    • Create and manage long-term goals and strategies, while ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
    • Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.
    • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths, analyze risks, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
    • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.
    • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle to the Electronic Transaction Security Sector Director.
    • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Education
  • • Bachelor degree in management, business administration, or a relevant field.
    • Master’s degree in the same fields is a plus.
Required Experience
  • • 9+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
    • Proven experience in program management.
    • Proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation
    • Proven experience in managing a team.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Understanding of project management.
    • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
