Project Specialist – Freelancer.eg
Job Purpose
  • To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for freelancers on the platform by managing user interactions, supporting service delivery, and maintaining efficient verification and support processes. The role acts as a key interface between freelancers and the platform, contributing to user satisfaction, trust, and engagement.
Job Accountabilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancer inquiries across multiple channels (email, social media, contact forms)
    •Provide accurate guidance on registration, account setup, ID verification, and platform services
    •Manage and process Freelancer ID verification requests (manually or using internal tools)
    •Facilitate access to platform perks and resolve related issues efficiently
    •Monitor support channels and ensure timely, professional responses aligned with service standards
    •Track, document, and escalate recurring issues to improve platform performance and user experience
    •Support community engagement by moderating comments and responding to user interactions
    •Assist in gathering user feedback, testimonials, and success stories to enhance platform credibility
    •Contribute to the coordination and execution of webinars, workshops, and community activities
Education

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
Required Experience

  • •1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, or data handling roles
    •Experience working with digital platforms or online communities is preferred
    •Exposure to freelancing platforms or ecosystems is a strong advantage
Required Skills

  • •Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
    •High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (functions, data handling)
    •Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to user support
    •Ability to work independently while maintaining responsiveness and accountability
    •Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes
