ITAC Senior Projects Specialist
Job Purpose
  • The ITAC Department offers programs and services with the objective of bringing value to Egyptian ICT Industry by fostering collaboration between industry and academia aiming at developing R&D-based innovative products and services that put Egyptian ICT companies in a leading position in the ICT market, both locally and internationally.
    The ITAC Senior Projects Specialist will assist in the execution of the proposal evaluation phase as per the approved processes, coordinates the different ITAC events, and coordinates the inter-departmental services that the ITAC utilizes in other departments.
    Due to the increased number of proposal submission rounds and numerous events the ITAC holds annually, the ITAC Department needs 1 Senior Projects Specialist.
Job Accountabilities
  • Responsible of supporting the project management team in the CFP and USP proposal submission & evaluation phases, from the time project proposals are submitted till a list of winning proposals is announced.
    Coordinates the different ITAC events and matchmaking/awareness activities.
    Be aware of the activities done by other departments within ITIDA and find means of collaboration and integration.
    Coordination with other entities outside ITIDA.
    Update and modify the Department databases.
    Coordinate the activities related to the e-Marketing and Media departments.
    Generate the data needed for issuing relevant Department reports and publications.
    Update the content of the Department page on ITIDA website as needed.
    Any tasks assigned by the ITAC Department Manager.
Education
  • Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, commerce, business administration or similar.
    MBA, MoT or PMP is a plus.
Required Experience
  • ​​> 5 years’ experience in ICT domain.

    Ability to learn new technology trends.​
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Excellent command of MS Office tools.
