Quality Management Lead
Job Purpose
  • Quality Management Lead establishes metrics, and manages outside resources, as well as developing test programs. He is responsible for developing and administrating internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creating and maintaining test data, and reporting results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
    • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
    • Gain an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
    • Devise ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality.
    • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
    • Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
    • Conduct meetings regularly with the Electronic Transaction Security Sector Director to help consistency in project goal.
    • Performs other duties as described by Electronic Transaction Security Sector Director.
Education
  • • Bachelor in computer engineering, computer science, or any related field.
    • Software testing certifications is a must.
Required Experience
  • • 7+ year of practical experience in software testing and quality assurance.
    • Experience in operations analysis.
    • Ability of actively looking for ways of improvement and good service orientation.
    • Knowledge of systems analysis and determine how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
    • Knowledge of controlling operations of equipment or systems.
    • Excellent experience in quality control analysis - conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
