Project Manager - Innovation Hubs
Job Purpose
  • Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. He should plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress.
Job Accountabilities
  • • Determine and define project scope and objectives along with the project and program management manager.
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives.
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
    • Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation through developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps for the project.
    • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
  • • Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or any related field.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
Required Experience
  • • 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
