Project Manager - Innovation Hubs
Job Purpose
  • Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. He should plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress.
Job Accountabilities
  • - Determine and define project scope and objectives along with the project and program management manager.
    - Predict resources needed to reach objectives.
    - Track project costs in order to meet budget.
    - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
    - Monitor progress and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed.
    - Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
    - Report and escalate to management as needed.
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation through developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps for the project.
    - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
    - Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • - Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration or any related field. 
    - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
Required Experience
  • - 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
    - Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
    - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
