ITIDA Meets Egyptian Companies Participating in CeBIT Hanover 2007
Information Technology Development Agency (ITIDA), the sole Egyptian organizer of CeBIT Hanover 2007, met recently with representatives of several Egyptian ICT companies to discuss Egypt's participation in CeBIT Hanover 2007 exhibition. During the meeting, ITIDA performed a lot to select the booth locations for these companies. This procedure attained the approval of the participating companies and reflected ITIDA’s methodology which is based on transparency.
CeBIT Hanover 2007 is the world's largest trade fair showcasing digital IT and telecommunications solutions. It will take place in Germany from 15-21 March, 2007.

The Egyptian ICT industry will be showcased at hall 1, the same venue which hosts leading world software companies.
ITIDA’s role is not only limited to the funding, which is an estimate of 85% of the total costs; but ITIDA will also be providing training courses to the participating companies' representatives. These courses include exhibiting skills, marketing as well as customer service orientation so as to maximize the benefits of Egypt's participation in CeBIT Hanover 2007.
The "Egyptian Night", a dinner banquet, will be served during the exhibition in honor of Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Tarek Kamel, and the presence of ITIDA President, Eng. Mohamed Omran; Egyptian ICT industry leaders and potential future partners will also be present.
