SECA is one of the largest trade fair in Europe in outsourcing industry and call centers services ,over than 350 exhibitors who are major player in Customers relation, CRM, Call centers ,Information systems, SAAS, ERP, E-Business, VOIP, Mobility, The most of the entire of customers relations and IT services and new technologies both are considered in one place .
The sectors of activity presented are call centers , e-commerce , telecommunications , IT software & computer service , telemarketing , insurance ,PR & communication , tourism & leisure ,postal service ,the health sector, skilled trades, banks, government agencies, associates & professional organizations .
Terms of Participation:
ITIDA will support the participation of Egyptian companies in a form of “collective participation” by covering 85 % of the total cost:
- Space reservation
- Stand Construction
- Other Facilities: PC, Internet…etc.
- Travel and accommodation of one representative from each company.
Selection Criteria:
In order to select the final participating companies, ITIDA applies the following criteria on all requested companies:
- Relevancy of the Company’s Activity VS Exhibition Specialization
- Relevancy of the Company’s Activity VS IT Strategy
- Experience of the Company in the Egyptian Market
- Export Experience or Export Potential
- Availability of Quality certification
How to apply:
1- To apply you have to register your company’s information online through ITIDA’s Database if not registered before.
You will be asked to enter your company’s details on 6 steps. Please make sure to complete all sections in details, especially the ones concerning quality certifications (Section 2), company classifications (Section 3) and Export highlights (Section5).
2- Complete the supplementary profile and send it back to the International events Unit e-mail by maximum January 25th, 2010.
3- You will be notified with the final status of participation shortly after the above deadline.
